Check for and remove the following files from your disk when you uninstall AMD Settings:

Use regedit.exe to manually remove from the Windows Registry the keys below:

  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\8F5FF70062B094A0679BF415D6FECE7A

Use regedit.exe to delete the following additional values from the Windows Registry:
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\3990FF8D382CA85BAE61032E6285BDA3\ProductName
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\8F5FF70062B094A0679BF415D6FECE7A\ProductName
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Folders\C:\Program Files\AMD\CNext\CNext\Qt\labs\settings\


A way to erase AMD Settings from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find AMD Settings or simply activate the Search feature and type in "AMD Settings". The AMD Settings app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select AMD Settings in the list , the following information regarding the program is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding AMD Settings, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the program you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall AMD Settings.
