How to uninstall Dropbox from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Dropbox is an application marketed by Dropbox, Inc.. Frequently, users decide to uninstall this application. This is efortful because doing this by hand requires some know-how regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best QUICK procedure to uninstall Dropbox is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Dropbox or simply activate the Search field and type in "Dropbox". If it is installed on your PC the Dropbox app will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Dropbox in the list of programs, some data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Dropbox, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Dropbox:

• The software company is: https://www.dropbox.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Dropbox\Client\DropboxUninstaller.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Dropbox.


8. After removing Dropbox, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Dropbox that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
