A way to uninstall Dropbox from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Dropbox is an application offered by the software company Dropbox, Inc.. Frequently, people try to remove this program. Sometimes this is troublesome because removing this manually requires some skill related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE procedure to remove Dropbox is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general utility to take care of your PC.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Dropbox or simply click the Search feature and type in "Dropbox". The Dropbox app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click Dropbox in the list of programs, some data regarding the application is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding Dropbox, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the application you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Dropbox.

8. After removing Dropbox, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Dropbox that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
