How to delete Dropbox from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Dropbox is a program marketed by Dropbox, Inc.. Sometimes, computer users want to erase it. Sometimes this can be troublesome because uninstalling this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to PCs. 1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to maximize the performance of your system.

• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs installed on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Dropbox or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Dropbox". The Dropbox application will be found automatically. Notice that when you select Dropbox in the list , some information about the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have about Dropbox, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Dropbox:

• The software company is: https://www.dropbox.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Dropbox\Client\DropboxUninstaller.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Dropbox.


8. After uninstalling Dropbox, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Dropbox that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
