How to erase Dropbox from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO
Dropbox is a program offered by the software company Dropbox, Inc.. Sometimes, users decide to uninstall it. This is difficult because removing this by hand requires some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best EASY way to uninstall Dropbox is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:
1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to take care of your Windows system.
DOWNLOAD NOW- navigate to Download Link
- download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
- set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.
3. Press the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool

5. All the programs installed on your computer will be made available to you
6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Dropbox or simply click the Search field and type in "Dropbox". If it exists on your system the Dropbox app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select Dropbox in the list of apps, some information regarding the program is shown to you:
- Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding Dropbox, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
- Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
- Technical information regarding the app you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

- The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Dropbox\Client\DropboxUninstaller.exe
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Dropbox.

8. After removing Dropbox, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Dropbox that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Dropbox with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
