How to delete Dropbox using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Dropbox is an application by Dropbox, Inc.. Sometimes, computer users try to remove this program. Sometimes this is hard because removing this by hand requires some advanced knowledge regarding PCs. The best SIMPLE solution to remove Dropbox is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to take care of your PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Dropbox or simply click the Search field and type in "Dropbox". If it exists on your system the Dropbox program will be found very quickly. After you click Dropbox in the list , the following information about the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about Dropbox, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Dropbox\Client\DropboxUninstaller.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Dropbox.


8. After removing Dropbox, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Dropbox which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
