Many times the following registry data will not be uninstalled:- HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.htm
- HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.shtml
- HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.xht
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\Chrome
Open regedit.exe to delete the values below from the Windows Registry:- HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ActivatableClasses\Package\DefaultBrowser_NOPUBLISHERID\Server\DefaultBrowserServer\ExePath
- HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\chrome.exe\shell\open\command\
