A guide to uninstall Google Chrome from your PC

Google Chrome is a Windows program. Read more about how to remove it from your computer. It was coded for Windows by Google Inc.. More info about Google Inc. can be read here. The program is frequently placed in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application folder (same installation drive as Windows). The full command line for uninstalling Google Chrome is C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\3.0.190.1\Installer\setup.exe. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might be prompted for administrator rights. chrome.exe is the programs's main file and it takes about 826.48 KB (846320 bytes) on disk.

The following executables are installed beside Google Chrome. They take about 1.86 MB (1951712 bytes) on disk.

Many times the following registry data will not be removed:

How to delete Google Chrome from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Notice that when you select Google Chrome in the list , the following information regarding the program is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding Google Chrome, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the program you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Google Chrome.
