A guide to uninstall AVG Protection from your computer

AVG Protection is a software application. Some files and registry entries are usually left behind when you remove AVG Protection.

A way to delete AVG Protection with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AVG Protection is a program marketed by the software company AVG Technologies. Sometimes, people decide to erase this program. 6. Navigate the list of applications until you find AVG Protection or simply click the Search feature and type in "AVG Protection". If it exists on your system the AVG Protection app will be found very quickly. When you select AVG Protection in the list of applications, some data regarding the program is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding AVG Protection, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall AVG Protection.

8. After removing AVG Protection, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong AVG Protection that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing AVG Protection using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
