When you're planning to uninstall AVG Protection you should check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be cleaned; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\AVG

A way to uninstall AVG Protection from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AVG Protection is a program marketed by the software company AVG Technologies. Sometimes, users want to uninstall this program. This can be hard because deleting this by hand requires some know-how regarding PCs. The best QUICK manner to uninstall AVG Protection is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find AVG Protection or simply click the Search feature and type in "AVG Protection". The AVG Protection application will be found very quickly. After you select AVG Protection in the list , some data regarding the application is shown to you:

8. After removing AVG Protection, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of AVG Protection which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing AVG Protection using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
