How to uninstall AVG Protection from your PC

AVG Protection is a software application. Some files and registry entries are frequently left behind when you remove AVG Protection.

How to erase AVG Protection from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AVG Protection is a program by AVG Technologies. Sometimes, people want to remove it. Sometimes this is easier said than done because performing this by hand requires some know-how related to Windows internal functioning. 6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate AVG Protection or simply activate the Search field and type in "AVG Protection". If it exists on your system the AVG Protection application will be found automatically. Notice that when you click AVG Protection in the list of programs, the following information regarding the program is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding AVG Protection, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the app you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall AVG Protection.
