How to uninstall AVG Protection from your system

How to remove AVG Protection from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find AVG Protection or simply activate the Search field and type in "AVG Protection". If it is installed on your PC the AVG Protection app will be found automatically. After you click AVG Protection in the list of apps, some information regarding the application is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding AVG Protection, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the application you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove AVG Protection.

8. After uninstalling AVG Protection, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong AVG Protection that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing AVG Protection using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
