A way to delete Atom with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Atom is a program released by GitHub Inc.. Some users want to uninstall it. Sometimes this is troublesome because performing this manually takes some know-how related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE action to uninstall Atom is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:

• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs existing on your PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Atom or simply click the Search feature and type in "Atom". If it exists on your system the Atom app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select Atom in the list of programs, some information about the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about Atom, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Atom.


8. After uninstalling Atom, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Atom which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
