A way to uninstall Atom from your PC

How to uninstall Atom from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Atom is a program released by GitHub Inc.. Sometimes, users decide to remove this program. Sometimes this can be efortful because deleting this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. 3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Atom or simply click the Search feature and type in "Atom". If it exists on your system the Atom program will be found automatically. Notice that after you click Atom in the list of apps, the following data about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have about Atom, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Atom.


8. After removing Atom, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Atom that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Atom with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
