How to remove Atom with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Atom is a program by GitHub Inc.. Sometimes, computer users choose to remove it. This is troublesome because deleting this by hand requires some advanced knowledge regarding Windows program uninstallation. One of the best QUICK procedure to remove Atom is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around tool to clean your system.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Atom or simply click the Search field and type in "Atom". If it exists on your system the Atom app will be found automatically. After you select Atom in the list of applications, the following information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Atom, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Atom.


8. After removing Atom, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong Atom that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Atom with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
