A way to uninstall Atom from your PC

A way to uninstall Atom with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Atom is an application by the software company GitHub Inc.. Sometimes, people try to uninstall this program. This can be difficult because performing this by hand takes some know-how regarding PCs. One of the best EASY solution to uninstall Atom is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to clean your computer.

• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Atom or simply click the Search feature and type in "Atom". If it exists on your system the Atom application will be found automatically. After you click Atom in the list of programs, the following information about the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about Atom, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Atom.


8. After uninstalling Atom, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Atom that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
