A way to uninstall Atom from your PC

Atom is a Windows program. How to delete Atom from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Atom is a program marketed by the software company GitHub Inc.. Some computer users choose to erase this program. This can be troublesome because uninstalling this manually requires some experience regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best QUICK solution to erase Atom is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your computer.

  • download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the applications existing on your PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Atom or simply click the Search field and type in "Atom". If it exists on your system the Atom app will be found automatically. When you click Atom in the list of programs, the following information regarding the application is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding Atom, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Atom.

8. After removing Atom, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Atom which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing Atom with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
