How to uninstall Uplay from your PC

If you are manually uninstalling Uplay we suggest you to check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be uninstalled; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Uplay


How to uninstall Uplay from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool

5. A list of the programs existing on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Uplay or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Uplay". The Uplay application will be found very quickly. After you click Uplay in the list , some information regarding the application is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding Uplay, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Uplay.

8. After uninstalling Uplay, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Uplay that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Uplay using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
