A way to erase VeraCrypt from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

VeraCrypt is a program released by IDRIX. Sometimes, users try to uninstall this program. Sometimes this is easier said than done because removing this by hand takes some skill related to PCs. The best EASY solution to uninstall VeraCrypt is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your Windows computer.

  • download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools category

5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find VeraCrypt or simply click the Search feature and type in "VeraCrypt". If it is installed on your PC the VeraCrypt program will be found very quickly. After you select VeraCrypt in the list of applications, some data about the program is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about VeraCrypt, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the program you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall VeraCrypt.

8. After removing VeraCrypt, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong VeraCrypt which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
