A way to delete VeraCrypt from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

VeraCrypt is a program marketed by the software company IDRIX. Sometimes, users choose to erase this application. This is efortful because performing this by hand requires some skill related to PCs. The best SIMPLE action to erase VeraCrypt is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your Windows system.

  • download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool

5. All the applications installed on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find VeraCrypt or simply activate the Search feature and type in "VeraCrypt". If it exists on your system the VeraCrypt app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select VeraCrypt in the list of apps, some information regarding the program is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding VeraCrypt, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the app you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove VeraCrypt.
