How to uninstall VeraCrypt from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Press the General Tools category

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate VeraCrypt or simply activate the Search field and type in "VeraCrypt". If it is installed on your PC the VeraCrypt app will be found automatically. Notice that after you select VeraCrypt in the list of programs, the following data regarding the program is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding VeraCrypt, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the program you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove VeraCrypt.

All the items that belong VeraCrypt that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling VeraCrypt using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
