Several files, folders and Windows registry entries can not be deleted when you remove The Sims™ 4 from your computer.

Usually the following registry keys will not be removed:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{48EBEBBF-B9F8-4520-A3CF-89A730721917}

Open regedit.exe to delete the values below from the Windows Registry:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\EAInstaller\The Sims 4\Cleanup.exe.ApplicationCompany
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\EAInstaller\The Sims 4\Cleanup.exe.FriendlyAppName

How to remove The Sims™ 4 from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO
