A way to uninstall SnapGene from your computer

A way to erase SnapGene from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SnapGene is an application by the software company GSL Biotech LLC. Sometimes, people choose to remove it. This is difficult because performing this manually takes some know-how regarding Windows program uninstallation. One of the best EASY practice to remove SnapGene is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your computer.

• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system utility.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find SnapGene or simply activate the Search field and type in "SnapGene". If it exists on your system the SnapGene program will be found very quickly. When you select SnapGene in the list of programs, the following data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding SnapGene, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for SnapGene:

• The web site of the application is: http://gslbiotech.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\SnapGene\Uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove SnapGene.


8. After uninstalling SnapGene, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong SnapGene which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing SnapGene using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
