How to uninstall SnapGene from your system

A way to remove SnapGene from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SnapGene is an application marketed by the software company GSL Biotech LLC. Frequently, computer users decide to remove this application. This is difficult because doing this manually requires some knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. The best EASY practice to remove SnapGene is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general utility to optimize your PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate SnapGene or simply click the Search field and type in "SnapGene". If it is installed on your PC the SnapGene program will be found very quickly. After you select SnapGene in the list of applications, the following data regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding SnapGene, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for SnapGene:

• The publisher is: http://gslbiotech.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\SnapGene\Uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall SnapGene.


8. After uninstalling SnapGene, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong SnapGene which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing SnapGene with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
