A guide to uninstall SnapGene from your system

How to delete SnapGene from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SnapGene is an application released by the software company GSL Biotech LLC. Some computer users decide to remove this program. This can be efortful because performing this by hand takes some knowledge regarding PCs. One of the best EASY practice to remove SnapGene is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and general utility to clean your Windows system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find SnapGene or simply activate the Search feature and type in "SnapGene". The SnapGene application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click SnapGene in the list , some information about the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about SnapGene, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for SnapGene:

• The publisher is: http://gslbiotech.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\SnapGene\Uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall SnapGene.


8. After uninstalling SnapGene, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of SnapGene that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing SnapGene with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
