How to uninstall SnapGene from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SnapGene is a program released by GSL Biotech LLC. Sometimes, users decide to remove this application. This can be easier said than done because deleting this by hand requires some know-how related to removing Windows applications by hand. The best SIMPLE way to remove SnapGene is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general tool to optimize your Windows PC.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate SnapGene or simply activate the Search field and type in "SnapGene". If it exists on your system the SnapGene application will be found automatically. Notice that when you select SnapGene in the list , some data about the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about SnapGene, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove SnapGene.


8. After removing SnapGene, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of SnapGene which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
