How to delete SnapGene from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SnapGene is a program offered by GSL Biotech LLC. Some users decide to uninstall it. This can be efortful because uninstalling this by hand takes some experience regarding Windows program uninstallation. The best QUICK approach to uninstall SnapGene is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs installed on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate SnapGene or simply click the Search feature and type in "SnapGene". The SnapGene application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select SnapGene in the list of apps, the following data regarding the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding SnapGene, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for SnapGene:

• The software company is: http://gslbiotech.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\SnapGene\Uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove SnapGene.


8. After uninstalling SnapGene, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong SnapGene that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling SnapGene with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
