How to uninstall SnapGene from your computer

A way to erase SnapGene from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SnapGene is an application marketed by the software company GSL Biotech LLC. Some people want to erase this application. This is difficult because performing this by hand requires some experience regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best EASY practice to erase SnapGene is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your Windows system.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate SnapGene or simply click the Search feature and type in "SnapGene". The SnapGene program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select SnapGene in the list of applications, some data regarding the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding SnapGene, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\SnapGene\Uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove SnapGene.


8. After uninstalling SnapGene, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong SnapGene that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling SnapGene with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
