A guide to uninstall SnapGene from your PC

SnapGene is a computer program. A way to delete SnapGene from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SnapGene is an application released by the software company GSL Biotech LLC. Some users want to uninstall it. Sometimes this is troublesome because removing this by hand takes some knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. The best QUICK practice to uninstall SnapGene is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and general tool to take care of your system.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the applications existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate SnapGene or simply activate the Search feature and type in "SnapGene". If it exists on your system the SnapGene application will be found automatically. Notice that after you click SnapGene in the list of programs, the following data about the program is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about SnapGene, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the app you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall SnapGene.

8. After removing SnapGene, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of SnapGene that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing SnapGene using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
