A way to uninstall SnapGene from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SnapGene is a program offered by GSL Biotech LLC. Some computer users decide to uninstall this application. This is troublesome because doing this manually requires some know-how regarding Windows program uninstallation. One of the best QUICK procedure to uninstall SnapGene is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find SnapGene or simply click the Search field and type in "SnapGene". The SnapGene program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select SnapGene in the list , the following data about the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about SnapGene, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\SnapGene\Uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall SnapGene.


8. After uninstalling SnapGene, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of SnapGene which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling SnapGene with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.
