A way to uninstall SnapGene from your computer

A way to delete SnapGene from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SnapGene is an application offered by GSL Biotech LLC. Some users want to erase it. Sometimes this is efortful because uninstalling this by hand takes some skill related to Windows internal functioning. The best EASY way to erase SnapGene is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your Windows system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate SnapGene or simply activate the Search field and type in "SnapGene". If it is installed on your PC the SnapGene program will be found automatically. Notice that when you select SnapGene in the list , the following data regarding the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding SnapGene, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\SnapGene\Uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall SnapGene.


8. After removing SnapGene, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of SnapGene which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
