How to erase McAfee® AntiVirus from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

McAfee® AntiVirus is a program released by the software company McAfee, Inc.. Some computer users decide to remove this application. Sometimes this is troublesome because removing this by hand takes some skill related to PCs. One of the best SIMPLE action to remove McAfee® AntiVirus is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and all around tool to clean your system.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate McAfee® AntiVirus or simply click the Search feature and type in "McAfee® AntiVirus". If it is installed on your PC the McAfee® AntiVirus program will be found automatically. Notice that when you click McAfee® AntiVirus in the list of apps, some information regarding the application is shown to you:

8. After uninstalling McAfee® AntiVirus, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of McAfee® AntiVirus that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
