If you are manually uninstalling VMware Workstation we recommend you to check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Check for and delete the following files from your disk when you uninstall VMware Workstation:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.Search_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\AppIconCache\100\{7C5A40EF-A0FB-4BFC-874A-C0F2E0B9FA8E}_VMware_VMware Workstation_vmnetcfg_exe

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be cleaned; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

Use regedit.exe to remove the following additional registry values from the Windows Registry:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\B758EEFE3C39C784A82F1299D63B9072\ProductName
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Folders\C:\Windows\Installer\{EFEE857B-93C3-487C-8AF2-21996DB30927}\

A way to remove VMware Workstation from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO
