Some files and registry entries are regularly left behind when you remove VMware Workstation.

How to uninstall VMware Workstation from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

VMware Workstation is a program released by the software company VMware, Inc.. Frequently, users want to remove this program. This is easier said than done because deleting this by hand requires some experience related to Windows program uninstallation. The best QUICK procedure to remove VMware Workstation is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general utility to clean your Windows computer.

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find VMware Workstation or simply activate the Search feature and type in "VMware Workstation". The VMware Workstation program will be found automatically. Notice that when you select VMware Workstation in the list of programs, some information regarding the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding VMware Workstation, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall VMware Workstation.


8. After removing VMware Workstation, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of VMware Workstation that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
