When you're planning to uninstall VMware Workstation you should check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Frequently the following registry keys will not be removed:

• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VMware Workstation
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\1F78C6D970E2D8B4998D0D20846FD255
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{9D6C87F1-2E07-4B8D-99D8-D00248F62D55}
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\VMware, Inc.\VMware Workstation

Use regedit.exe to remove the following additional registry values from the Windows Registry:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\1F78C6D970E2D8B4998D0D20846FD255\ProductName

How to delete VMware Workstation using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

VMware Workstation is an application offered by the software company VMware, Inc.. Sometimes, people try to uninstall it.
