VMware Workstation has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

The files below are left behind on your disk by VMware Workstation's application uninstaller when you removed it:

A way to delete VMware Workstation from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

VMware Workstation is a program marketed by the software company VMware, Inc.. Some computer users decide to erase this application. This can be easier said than done because performing this manually takes some know-how related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best QUICK manner to erase VMware Workstation is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your Windows computer.

• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate VMware Workstation or simply click the Search field and type in "VMware Workstation". If it exists on your system the VMware Workstation application will be found automatically. After you select VMware Workstation in the list of apps, some information about the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about VMware Workstation, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove VMware Workstation.


8. After uninstalling VMware Workstation, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong VMware Workstation that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling VMware Workstation with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
