Some files and registry entries are regularly left behind when you remove VMware Workstation.

Folders left behind when you uninstall VMware Workstation:

How to uninstall VMware Workstation from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate VMware Workstation or simply click the Search feature and type in "VMware Workstation". If it exists on your system the VMware Workstation app will be found very quickly. After you select VMware Workstation in the list of applications, the following data about the program is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about VMware Workstation, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the program you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.
