How to uninstall VMware Workstation from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

VMware Workstation is a program by VMware, Inc.. Sometimes, computer users want to uninstall this program. This is efortful because uninstalling this manually takes some know-how regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best QUICK procedure to uninstall VMware Workstation is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to optimize your PC.

• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate VMware Workstation or simply click the Search feature and type in "VMware Workstation". The VMware Workstation program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click VMware Workstation in the list , some data regarding the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding VMware Workstation, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove VMware Workstation.


8. After removing VMware Workstation, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of VMware Workstation which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling VMware Workstation with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
