If you are manually uninstalling Pokki we suggest you to check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall Pokki:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Pokki

Usually, the following files remain on disk:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Pokki\analytics.db
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Pokki\Engine\avcodec-54.dll
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Pokki\Engine\avformat-54.dll
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Pokki\Engine\avutil-51.dll

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AllFileSystemObjects\shell\pokki
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\pokki
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell\pokki
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile\shell\pokki

Open regedit.exe in order to remove the following values:

• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Pokki\DisplayIcon
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Pokki\DisplayName
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Pokki\Publisher
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Pokki\UninstallString

How to delete Pokki using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Pokki is a program offered by Pokki. Frequently, users choose to remove this application. Notice that when you click Pokki in the list , the following information about the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about Pokki, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Pokki:

• The software company is: http://www.pokki.com
• The uninstall string is: "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Pokki\Uninstall.exe"

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Pokki.


8. After uninstalling Pokki, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Pokki which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
