How to uninstall ShareX from your system

A way to erase ShareX from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ShareX is a program offered by the software company ShareX Team. Sometimes, users decide to erase it. Sometimes this is efortful because uninstalling this by hand takes some know-how related to PCs. One of the best EASY practice to erase ShareX is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and general utility to optimize your Windows computer.

  • go to Download Link
  • download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs button

5. All the applications installed on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find ShareX or simply activate the Search field and type in "ShareX". If it exists on your system the ShareX program will be found automatically. Notice that after you select ShareX in the list , some information about the application is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about ShareX, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the program you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove ShareX.

8. After uninstalling ShareX, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong ShareX which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing ShareX using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
