How to uninstall ShareX from your PC

A way to uninstall ShareX from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ShareX is a program by ShareX Team. Sometimes, people try to remove this application. 1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general tool to take care of your Windows system.

  • download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the applications existing on your computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate ShareX or simply activate the Search feature and type in "ShareX". If it exists on your system the ShareX app will be found very quickly. When you click ShareX in the list of apps, some information about the program is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have about ShareX, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the application you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall ShareX.

All the items that belong ShareX that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
