A way to uninstall ShareX with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ShareX is an application offered by the software company ShareX Team. Sometimes, users want to erase this application. Sometimes this is difficult because deleting this by hand requires some skill regarding Windows internal functioning. The best EASY solution to erase ShareX is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to clean your Windows computer.

• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find ShareX or simply click the Search field and type in "ShareX". If it is installed on your PC the ShareX app will be found very quickly. When you select ShareX in the list of apps, the following data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding ShareX, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for ShareX:

• The web site of the program is: https://getsharex.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\ShareX\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove ShareX.


8. After uninstalling ShareX, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of ShareX which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing ShareX using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
