Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may be prompted for admin rights. The program's main executable file occupies 2.20 MB (2307584 bytes) on disk and is named ShareX.exe.

How to delete ShareX with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ShareX is a program marketed by the software company ShareX Team. Some users choose to uninstall this application. Sometimes this can be efortful because performing this by hand requires some experience regarding PCs. The best EASY solution to uninstall ShareX is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your Windows system.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find ShareX or simply activate the Search feature and type in "ShareX". If it exists on your system the ShareX program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select ShareX in the list , some data about the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about ShareX, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for ShareX:

• The publisher is: https://getsharex.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\ShareX\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove ShareX.


8. After removing ShareX, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of ShareX which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing ShareX with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
