A guide to uninstall ShareX from your system

ShareX is composed of the following executables which occupy 118.55 MB (124309688 bytes) on disk:

• ffmpeg.exe (111.70 MB)
• Recorder-devices-setup.exe (1.66 MB)

A way to uninstall ShareX from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ShareX is an application offered by the software company ShareX Team. Some computer users choose to uninstall this program. This can be hard because removing this manually requires some skill related to removing Windows programs manually. One of the best EASY way to uninstall ShareX is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and general utility to optimize your system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications existing on your PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find ShareX or simply click the Search field and type in "ShareX". If it exists on your system the ShareX app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select ShareX in the list of applications, some information about the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about ShareX, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for ShareX:

• The web site of the program is: https://getsharex.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\ShareX\unins000.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall ShareX.


8. After removing ShareX, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of ShareX that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling ShareX with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
