A way to erase ShareX from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ShareX is a program offered by the software company ShareX Team. Frequently, users choose to remove this application. Sometimes this can be hard because uninstalling this by hand requires some know-how regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best QUICK approach to remove ShareX is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your Windows PC.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find ShareX or simply activate the Search field and type in "ShareX". The ShareX app will be found automatically. Notice that after you select ShareX in the list of apps, the following information regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding ShareX, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for ShareX:

• The web site of the application is: https://getsharex.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\ShareX\unins000.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall ShareX.


8. After uninstalling ShareX, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong ShareX which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling ShareX with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
