How to uninstall ShareX from your PC

How to delete ShareX with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ShareX is a program by ShareX Team. Some computer users want to uninstall this application. This is hard because uninstalling this manually takes some knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE practice to uninstall ShareX is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your PC.

• visit Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs installed on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate ShareX or simply click the Search field and type in "ShareX". If it exists on your system the ShareX program will be found very quickly. When you click ShareX in the list of apps, some data about the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have about ShareX, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for ShareX:

• The web site of the application is: https://getsharex.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\ShareX\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove ShareX.


8. After uninstalling ShareX, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong ShareX that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling ShareX using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
