A way to uninstall ShareX from your system

ShareX is a Windows application. Read more about how to remove it from your computer. The Windows version was developed by ShareX Team. Additional info about ShareX Team can be found here. More information about ShareX can be found at https://getsharex.com. ShareX is normally set up in the C:\Program Files\ShareX directory, subject to the user's option. The full command line for uninstalling ShareX is C:\Program Files\ShareX\unins000.exe. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might receive a notification for administrator rights. ShareX's main file takes around 1.63 MB (1706496 bytes) and is named ShareX.exe.

ShareX is composed of the following executables which occupy 2.75 MB (2881343 bytes) on disk:

A way to remove ShareX from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ShareX is an application by ShareX Team. Some people decide to remove it. Sometimes this can be troublesome because removing this by hand requires some experience regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best EASY manner to remove ShareX is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to take care of your Windows computer.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications installed on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate ShareX or simply activate the Search feature and type in "ShareX". If it is installed on your PC the ShareX application will be found automatically. After you select ShareX in the list of programs, the following data regarding the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding ShareX, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for ShareX:

• The web site of the application is: https://getsharex.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\ShareX\unins000.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall ShareX.


8. After uninstalling ShareX, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong ShareX that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing ShareX with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
