A guide to uninstall ShareX from your system

ShareX is a Windows application. ShareX installs the following the executables on your PC, occupying about 122.43 MB (128379064 bytes) on disk.

A way to erase ShareX from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ShareX is an application released by the software company ShareX Team. Some users choose to uninstall this application. Sometimes this can be difficult because performing this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. The best SIMPLE practice to uninstall ShareX is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to optimize your Windows PC.

• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate ShareX or simply activate the Search field and type in "ShareX". If it exists on your system the ShareX application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click ShareX in the list of apps, the following information about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about ShareX, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for ShareX:

• The publisher is: https://getsharex.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\ShareX\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall ShareX.


8. After removing ShareX, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of ShareX that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling ShareX with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
