A way to remove ShareX from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ShareX is a program by the software company ShareX Team. Frequently, users decide to remove it. This is hard because performing this manually takes some know-how regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best QUICK approach to remove ShareX is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general utility to take care of your Windows system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire the program's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate ShareX or simply click the Search field and type in "ShareX". If it exists on your system the ShareX app will be found automatically. Notice that after you click ShareX in the list of apps, some data about the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about ShareX, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for ShareX:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\ShareX\unins000.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove ShareX.


8. After uninstalling ShareX, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong ShareX which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling ShareX with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
