How to uninstall ShareX from your computer

A way to erase ShareX from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ShareX is an application by the software company ShareX Team. Frequently, computer users try to erase it. 3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs installed on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find ShareX or simply activate the Search field and type in "ShareX". The ShareX app will be found automatically. Notice that when you select ShareX in the list of programs, the following information regarding the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding ShareX, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for ShareX:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\ShareX\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall ShareX.


8. After uninstalling ShareX, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of ShareX which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling ShareX with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
